Brendan Jordan is an experienced Manufacturing Systems Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Biopharmaceutical industry in Proteins ,Vaccines and Sterile Fill/Finish. Brendan is skilled in Large Scale Biotech Automation and Manufacturing Execution Systems, Program and Project Management, Team Management, Computer system validation. His experience also encomapsses compliance and facility inspection interactions, Good Manufacturing Practice, Change Control and Change Management. He is known to be a skilled negotiator, influencer and decision maker.
In his current role, Bredan is Program Manager for the Grange Castle MES replacement program, a multi-year program established, in collaboration with the Corporate Digital team, to transition the GC Site from a legacy, end-of-life Manufacturing Execution System to a new generation MES. His role involves the development of a site transition strategy and scoping, costing, budgeting, resourcing and direction of individual projects within the program. His successes to date include the deployment of a new MES, retirement of a legacy MES in the Inoculum Manufacturing Suite; Qualification of a new MES Weigh & Dispense, and the successful creation and Business Verification of buffer and downstream processing manufacturing Electronic Batch Records.
