Chad has led large groups of multi-disciplined professionals in the operational delivery of AstraZeneca’s Oncology and Biopharmaceutical pipeline. During his 20-year tenure with AstraZeneca, Chad has overseen $3bn in investments for the entire North America Research and Development function. He has presented to Fortune 500 organizations domestically and internationally on leadership and career. During the recent labor shortage and great resignation, Chad’s approach to leadership resulted in the development of the first in industry automated integrated platform for Financial and Operations management.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Md, after separating from the US Navy, Chad was a building automation programmer for Siemens Automation and the lead R&D engineer for a government surveillance contractor. His experience in the management of a corporate headquarters, research, and manufacturing operations give him a unique perspective for navigating the business environment. Chad empowers leaders in all stages of their careers to make impactful changes in their organizations and professional development.
