Jenny Ong is an Automation Engineer in the Manufacturing Software Systems MES group at Genentech (South San Francisco). She has been involved in multiple MES implementations, including project manager/technical SME for PharmaSuite implementation and solution architect for OpsTrakker implementation. She has extensive experience in CSV, including CSV user SME for Valgenesis implementation and standardizing validation across Genentech SSF's manufacturing software systems. Prior to this role, she worked in the Drug Substance Purification manufacturing group as a lead technician.
